EAST BANK BERBICE — The Guyana Oil Company Limited, better known as GuyOil, has concluded its 50th anniversary interfaith services with a final gathering at its terminal on the East Bank of Berbice.
The service formed part of the company’s Golden Jubilee celebrations and followed similar observances held in Demerara and Essequibo. The event brought together employees, stakeholders and religious leaders in prayer and thanksgiving for 50 years of service to Guyana.
Religious leaders offered prayers and words of encouragement while reflecting on the company’s achievements over the years.
The company’s general manager said the interfaith services highlighted the importance of gratitude, unity and community as GuyOil celebrates this major milestone, and thanked employees, stakeholders and everyone who has contributed to the company’s success.
As GuyOil continues its year-long anniversary celebration, the company says it remains committed to providing reliable energy services and supporting national development.
