Cuban construction worker dies, two injured after scaffold touches power line at Houston
HOUSTON, East Bank Demerara — A workplace accident at a construction site at Plantation Houston has claimed the life of a Cuban national and left two other workers injured. The three men were reportedly working on a metal scaffold outside a building on Tuesday morning when the scaffold rolled backwards and made contact with overhead power lines. All three received an electric shock.
